He grabs your lapel with his arm straight. Use your left hand to grab his wrist, thumb up grip. Step in with your right and use your right hand to knock his elbow up. Step under with your right, and back step through with your left. Finish in chicken wing with your face buried against his shoulder to protect, and forearm choke across his neck to break his posture.

Underhook his far arm. Sit through with your right leg and go to scarf hold. Pull his right arm across your waist. Pressure down. Head down into his shoulder.

Guillotine Self-Defense

Stay square with him. Use your right hand to pin his hand to your chest. Left hand reaches behind his elbow. Step forward twice, bow, and keep your head outside his shoulder to prevent punches. Two hands behind his elbow and pull forward for wrist lock.
