  • One Hand Choke Against Wall

    Episode 2

    Push your palm against his wrist and twist to your left. Comeback with a right elbow.

  • Two Hand Choke Against Wall

    Episode 3

    He’s strangling you and pushing forward. With your left hand grip his right elbow over. With your right hand, grip his left elbow under. Steering-wheel him into the wall to your left by pushing his left elbow up and pulling his right elbow down. Finish with two hands behind his head and knee.

  • Guillotine Self-Defense

    Episode 4

    He guillotines with his right. Chin down. Left hand monkey grip on his wrist. Throw your right arm over his shoulder, reaching toward his belt, and hang on that to relieve pressure. When he hips forward, jump. Both hands come to his knee. Step through his legs and sit back for throw.

    He guillotines with his right. Chin down. Right hand monkey hands wrist. Throw your right arm over his shoulder, reaching toward his belt, and hang on that to relieve pressure. Left hand reaches between legs. Lift him up parallel with the floor and drop him on his head.
