  • One Hand Choke Against Wall

    Push your palm against his wrist and twist to your left. Comeback with a right elbow.

  • Two Hand Choke Against Wall

    He’s strangling you and pushing forward. With your left hand grip his right elbow over. With your right hand, grip his left elbow under. Steering-wheel him into the wall to your left by pushing his left elbow up and pulling his right elbow down. Finish with two hands behind his head and knee.

  • Guillotine Self-Defense
