Hands up. Spin step backward with right to get out of line of fire while the left hand grabs his wrist overhand. Left hand grips gun, thumb up, break the grip and remove the gun.

He’s strangling you and pushing forward. With your left hand grip his right elbow over. With your right hand, grip his left elbow under. Steering-wheel him into the wall to your left by pushing his left elbow up and pulling his right elbow down. Finish with two hands behind his head and knee.
