Rear Forearm Choke with Broken Posture
Left hand grabs wrist, right hand reaches back and grabs his tricep. Step back with right (behind his leg) on the ball of your foot. Left foot adjusts until feet are side-by-side. Bow and twist to the left to sweep him.

Lapel Grab 2
He grabs your lapel, palm up. Monkey grip his hand with both hands. Pull his hand to you. Twist to the outside and step across his legs with your right leg so he can’t walk around.

Running Kick Defense
Step back with your right leg and use your left arm to deflect his kick to your right so his momentum keeps going. Elbow his face as he passes.
