Base out. Grab your wrist and press the back of your handsagainst your forehead and look at the ceiling to relieve the pressure. Step behind his legs with your left. Pinch your elbows down to secure his arms. Put your right knee on the floor and point your toes so the top of your foot is flat on the floor. Frame your arms to protect from his knees. Use yourright hands to pull his knees toward you and mount him.
